What’s Included
The fitting of the EV charger to a brick/rendered wall.
Up to 10 metres of 6mm power cable. This will be neatly clipped to the wall between the distribution board/electricity supply meter, and the charger.
Routing the cable through a drilled hole in a wall up to 500mm thick (if needed).
The fitting and testing of electrical connections and protections needed for the EV charger.
Up to 5 metres of white plastic covering for the interior wiring.
Installation by one of our expert engineers.
Installation compliance with the current British Standard Wiring Regulations (BS7671) and any associated documents/codes of practice, as well as the charger manufacturers’ instructions.
Commissioning and pairing with your smartphone – with full support from our engineer. You must be present with your smartphone at the time of commissioning.
A full demonstration of how your new charger works. Our engineer will be happy to answer any questions you have.
The existing electrical connections and protections within the property must be in an acceptable condition.
There must be no need for groundworks/civil works, electrical remedial works, or any other work.
If any extra work is needed, our engineer will let you know. In this case, you’d need to arrange any extra work at your own cost or another time for us to revisit.
Our engineer could do the following for an additional cost:
Put in a main isolation switch on installation day.
Carry out earth bonding upgrades.
Replace the main consumer unit / fuseboard.

One of the most important benefits of utilizing our dedicated electric vehicle chargers is being able to make use of its fast charge software which in comparison to charging on a standard plug socket can be alot faster. This is due to limitations on standard sockets which restrict the power draw up to 3kW resulting in a much slower charge with a total time required of 13 hours to fully charge an average car battery.
With our state of the art technology we are able to provide chargers that can boost the charging speed of up to 633%.
Our most common products include:
7kW Charger – Used as standard for home EV chargers this product is capable of charging an average electric vehicle car battery within 4-5 hours.
22kW Charger – This product is a fast charger that requires a three phase electricity supply but is certainly something to consider if you own a high performance or larger battery electric vehicle.
The cost of charging your electric vehicle is much more convinient and cost effective in comparison to traditional petrol or diesel vehicles. For example, charging an electric Nissan with a 30kwH overnight to full charge would cost an estimated £3.60 with a range of 115 miles.
On average we complete any projects within 1-2 weeks from providing the quote to having the charger fully installed and functioning. Despite this we are always striving to meet all of our customers needs and be as flexible as we can; so if you require an urgent installation please contact our team and we will do our best to complete the installation within your set requirements.
